Linda Moynihan Vance
CEO | President
Linda Moynihan Vance joined Hart Credit Technology in April 2022, bringing with her a wealth of experience and a passion for expanding the company’s impact across a variety of industries. Prior to joining Hart, Linda spent 18 years at TransUnion, LLC, where she held various leadership roles. Most recently, she served as Senior Director in Global Credit Risk Solutions, specializing in trended and alternative data.
At Hart Credit Technology, Linda is dedicated to helping customers harness the most advanced data available to drive productivity and efficiency in serving consumers. Her primary goal is to support Hart’s clients in achieving their business objectives using the company’s cutting-edge solutions.
Linda earned a Bachelor’s degree in Social Welfare from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a Master’s degree in Business Management from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay, where she focused her Master’s Professional Project on Creativity and Innovation in Financial Institutions. In 2019, she completed a certificate program in Women in Leadership from the University of Notre Dame.
A resident of Green Bay, Wisconsin, Linda has spent years as a soccer coach and holds a USSF National C License. Linda and her husband, Bruce, enjoy travel, RV life, and spending time with their adult children.
